Provide the student with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the management of allergens in the hotel industry in accordance with current legislation.

The course can be canceled if the number of places established for the course is not completed. In order to receive the certificate of the course a minimum attendance of 75% is necessary and to surpass the corresponding modules. The days and times envisaged in each course may be modified, which will be communicated to the interested persons who have registered. Participants must verify that they have been admitted to a course via web, e-mail or telephone.
