The City Council of Rafal from the Social Welfare area has set up a bonus for the payment of the water rate at the disposal of the neighborhoods. This aid is aimed at pensioners, large and single-parent families and people with functional diversity. To make an application, you must go to the Services department and complete the marked procedures provided they meet the parameters specified by the session in each case.
